“O objetivo deste modesto trabalho é, no âmbito da XXIII Conferência Nacional da Advocacia Brasileira, promovida pela OAB, certamente um dos órgãos reguladores e representativos da advocacia de maior eficiência e respeitabilidade do planeta e sempre tendo em mente “o novo sempre vem” de Belchior, trazer alguns pontos de reflexão com os quais eventualmente teremos nós ou nossos sucessores de lidar para adaptar as regras norteadoras de nossa nobre e querida profissão e talvez alterar e remodelar nossas convicções, em diferentes medidas, nos tempos que estão por vir”.

“The aim of this modest work is, within the ambit of the XXIII National Conference of Brazilian Lawyers, promoted by the OAB, certainly one of the most representative and efficient advocacy bodies of the planet and always bearing in mind “the new always comes along” of Belchior , to bring some points of reflection, which we or our successors will eventually have to deal with, to adapt the guiding rules of our noble and beloved profession and perhaps alter and reshape our convictions in different measures in the times to come”.
