Yes, The new Brazilian Antitrust Law – Law No. 12.529/2011 (“Brazilian Antitrust Law”) valid since May 29, 2012 introduced the pre-merger review and is complemented by the Resolutions No. 2/2012, 10/2014 and 13/2015, issued by the Administrative Council of Economic Defense (“CADE”).
