Nosso sócio da área de prática de Infraestrutura e Projetos, Daniel Gomide contribuiu com um artigo para o livro “Gás Canalizado: Novos Rumos da Distribuição”, que será lançado em São Paulo, no próximo dia 13/09, às 18:30h, na Livraria da Vila do Shopping JK Iguatemi.

Gomide, que já foi gerente jurídico executivo da Comgás, destaca em seu artigo que o desafio regulatório e concorrencial para o mercado livre permanece uma questão fundamental, considerando que, no Brasil, enquanto o segmento da distribuição é regulado de forma independente e nem sempre harmônica pelos estados da Federação, as normas que regem a extração, a importação e o transporte são de competência da União, sob o arbítrio da Agência Nacional do Petróleo.

Gomide, who was once the executive legal manager of Comgás, highlights in his article that the regulatory and competitive challenge for the free market remains a fundamental issue, considering that, in Brazil, while the distribution segment is regulated independently and not always harmoniously by the states of the Federation, the rules governing extraction, import and transport are the responsibility of the Union, under the discretion of the National Petroleum Agency.”
